Refund Policy for Media Photography and Videography Services
At Eutopian Productions, we are dedicated to providing high-quality photography and videography services. We understand that circumstances can change, and we offer the following refund policy to ensure clarity and fairness for our clients.

 

General Refund Policy:

If the client fails to appear at the scheduled time and place without prior notification, the full amount of the booking will be charged, and no refund will be issued.

 

Special Circumstances
Medical Emergencies:

In the event of a medical emergency, clients may be eligible for a full or partial refund. A valid medical certificate must be provided within 7 days of the scheduled service.

 

Weather Conditions (for outdoor shoots):

If inclement weather prevents the scheduled outdoor shoot, we will reschedule at no additional cost. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be provided.

 

Unforeseen Events:

If an unforeseen event such as a natural disaster, or other significant occurrence prevents us from providing the service, clients will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
